These terms govern your use of krisbarnes.org, anything you buy here, and any services provided. By using the site or buying from it, you agree to them.
Digital products and courses
Digital products, presets, templates and course access are licensed to you for your own use. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared as your own. Access is delivered to the email address used at checkout.
Services
Deliverables, timelines and fees for consulting or production are set out in a separate written agreement or invoice. This website and its content are provided for information.
Payments and refunds
Fees are due as stated at checkout or on your invoice. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, refunds on them are handled case by case — email us and we will sort it out.
Intellectual property
Site content, and the photography and film shown on it, are owned by us or used with permission. Ownership of work produced for a client transfers as set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
The site, products and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of them.
