The Academy is a subscription. Your plan unlocks the entire course library plus everything added while you're a member — nothing is sold course-by-course.

Billing is monthly or yearly, charged automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account or by replying to any email; you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.

Prices may change for new sign-ups, but your rate is locked while your subscription stays active.

There is no free trial, and payments are non-refundable once billed. This is built for people ready to commit, not to sample.

Your membership is a personal license for you. Signing in on a new device signs you out everywhere else — only one active session is allowed at a time.

Accounts showing signs of sharing (many devices or locations) may be paused or closed. Keep your sign-in link private; it's tied to you.

Course videos, notes, and downloads are licensed to you for personal learning only. You may not download, screen-record, copy, re-host, resell, or share the content — in whole or in part.

Lessons are streamed and watermarked with your account. Redistributing content is a violation of this license and of copyright, and results in immediate termination without refund.

You keep anything you create by applying what you learn — the teaching materials themselves stay mine.

The member community is for support and sharing your work. Be respectful, no spam, no self-promotion outside designated threads, no harassment. Kris reserves the right to remove members who break these rules.
